Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Jova Wallet mobile application ("App") operated by Jovachain Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Important Notice

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable law

Description of Services

What Jova Wallet Provides

Wallet Management

Generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets across multiple blockchain networks.

Token Balances

View token balances across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Avalanche.

Transfers

Send and receive cryptocurrency securely from your self-custody wallet.

Market Data

View transaction history and real-time market prices for your assets.

Supported Networks

  • Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain
  • Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche

What We Do NOT Provide

  • Custody Services: We do not hold your cryptocurrencies
  • Financial Advice: We do not provide investment advice
  • Recovery Services: We cannot recover lost private keys

Self-Custody & User Responsibility

Your Keys, Your Crypto

Critical Information

Jova Wallet is a self-custody wallet. You alone control your private keys and seed phrase. We never have access to your funds and cannot recover them if lost.

Seed Phrase Security

  • Write it down and store securely offline
  • Never share with anyone, including Jova support
  • Never enter on any website
  • Anyone with your seed phrase can access your funds

Irreversibility of Transactions

Important

WE CANNOT REVERSE, CANCEL, OR MODIFY ANY BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTION. Once a transaction is submitted to a blockchain network, it cannot be undone. Always verify recipient addresses and amounts before confirming.

Values are highly volatile; you may lose your entire investment.

Networks may experience failures, congestion, or vulnerabilities.

Devices may be compromised; phishing attacks exist targeting crypto users.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOVACHAIN INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
  • Damages exceeding $100 USD

Specific Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of your seed phrase
  • Errors in transaction addresses you enter
  • Blockchain network failures or congestion
  • Decline in cryptocurrency values

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Conduct transactions with sanctioned entities
  • Hack, exploit, or compromise the App or its infrastructure
  • Introduce malware or harmful code

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Jovachain Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain full ownership of your cryptocurrency assets. These Terms do not transfer any rights to your digital assets.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

After Termination

Your cryptocurrency assets remain in your control as long as you have your seed phrase. Termination of access to the App does not affect your ownership of your digital assets.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in New York, New York.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

Acknowledgment

By Using the App, You Acknowledge That

  • Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and risky
  • You may lose your entire investment
  • You are solely responsible for your wallet security
  • We cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions
